Our firm enforces the rights of employees to collect their wages including their time and a half or overtime pay. Under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act most employees have the right to their wages including overtime pay regardless of their method of pay (hourly, salary) or title and of their legal status. The Federal law allows us as attorneys to collect our fees and costs on these cases directly from the employer.
